Paul Klee Yoke Bundles – Color Order & Details

By popular demand, we’re thrilled to offer yarn bundles to knit the yoke of the Paul Klee sweater by Midori Hirose. This sweater has become a community favorite thanks to its joyful colorwork yoke, inspired by the iconic painter Paul Klee.
Each of our bundles includes only the yarn for the yoke colorwork. The main color (MC) yarn and the pattern are not included, but we’ve indicated which MC we used in our swatches, should you wish to replicate the look. Feel free to choose a different MC—it will appear in every other row of the colorwork, so it will influence the overall palette.
How These Bundles Work
This yoke design includes 11 bands of 2-color motifs. In our versions, the MC is held in every other row, creating a rich, rhythmic effect that ties the color palette together beautifully.
Each bundle includes seven colors in 25g skeins of La Bien Aimée yarn in carefully chosen shades—just enough to complete the yoke section. For size 1, you can knit up to 9 bands, and for size 2 up to 11 bands of the 2-color motif. If you'd like to reproduce the exact look of our swatches, please follow the color order below.
