TEXTILE TECHNICIAN
We are looking for a general assistant for yarn & skein preparation for july

Job Description
- winding & tagging the skeins
- tying the yarn before dyeing
- setting up the dyed skeins for drying
- tidying and organizing of the workspace
- counting & double-checking of deliveries
- inventories

Secondary tasks
- Taking the yarn out of the pots and spin-drying it
- cleaning the pots

About you:

- A great working level of both English and French (minimum B2.)
- Highly meticulous, with a keen attention to detail and able to carry out processes exactly as trained, repetitively and consistently.
- Knowledge and curiosity for knitting and fiber dyeing.
- Sensitive to color, able to memorize a vast catalog of colors and maintain La Bien Aimée’s rigorous quality control standards.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, and keen to contribute to a friendly and positive work environment.
- Open minded and flexible, able to easily adapt to last-minute changes and irregular daily routines depending on workload.
- Comfortable working with computers, quick to pick up new digital tools and platforms.

We are looking for a Logistics and Wholesale Assistant

Job Description

- Packing and shipping the orders worldwide, respecting the different rules per country (customs declarations) - Quality control and tagging check
- Counting of the orders as the are produced
- Knowledge of the La Bien Aimée colors (300+) and differentiating the various yarn bases
- Quality control and tagging check
- Optimization of storage space for the ongoing orders
- Writing the packing slips and optimizing of packing in boxes
- Keeping watch of production times, and redyeing timeline if needed.

Secondary tasks

La Bien Aimée generates wrong color skeins which are reused in an upcycled yarn. The task is to manage this stock by :
- Counting, organizing and processing them by color groups for inventory
- Selecting the color mixes for approval by hierarchy.
- Packing and shipping for each production wave.
