New color: Vintage Bloom!
La Bien Aimée is thrilled to announce our brand new Confetti color: Vintage Bloom, in an exclusive collaboration with @shoplamercerie for the Flock Fiber Festival!
Inspired by the delicate beauty of Autumn Hydrangea, La Bien Aimée's exclusive custom color for Shop La Mercerie, this sophisticated new color of Confetti captures the essence of faded rose petals. Vintage Bloom is a stunning dusty pink, accentuated with light neutrals, rusty orange, and dark blue, creating an elegant and chic palette that tends towards the light browns, like cedar with subtle hints of copper.
2024 is the year of the new Confetti!
Our recycled yarn project is going in a new direction! The new La Bien Aimée Confetti yarn is our new take on our recycled yarn. Inspired by my travels to the Shetland islands, a brand new yarn made in a brand new mix of wool content that is soft and buttery. Confetti is a one of a kind limited edition yarn made from upcycled hand dyed yarn threads from the La Bien Aimée studio in Paris. It is spun with a super soft custom yarn. It is tweedy, plump and soft enough to be worn next to your skin.
Gris éphémère and Rose éphémère are two exclusive colorways that exist in super limited quantities. Nightfall is a deep, dark blue, inspired by our beautiful Winterfell colorway. We added to the dyed fiber a beautiful mix of La Bien Aimée threads made of moody neutrals and bright neons. You will find pops of pink, purple, blue, yellow, rusty orange and light grey.
Based on our popular colorway of the same name, The Shire, this beautiful green with jewel toned confetti yarn bits is so stunning!
With Anemone dive into spring with this fresh burst of color, perfect for adding a touch of magic to your projects.
La Bien Aimée Confetti in Aimée’s Peach Sweater is a light pink with a warm glow of yellow. It evokes warmth, compassion and kindness, nurturing community and connection. These are ideas I love to embrace and live by.
The new Gris Ephémère is a little bit darker than our first gris éphémère, it is more of a medium grey base color with a rainbow of speckles in both neon and jewel tones.
La Bien Aimée Confetti is a DK weight yarn which offers 230m / 250 yds for 100g. It can easily flex up to a Worsted weight, as it is full of pretty yarn bits that give it a slightly thick and thin aspect. The average needle size recommended to knit Confetti is 4.5mm (US7).

50% 18.5mic fine merino, 30% Shetland, 20% LBA thread. 230m (250 yds) for 100g.

Notre projet de fil recyclé prend une nouvelle direction ! La Bien Aimée Confetti est un tout nouveau fil fabriqué dans un tout nouveau mélange de laine doux et moelleux. Confetti est un fil unique en édition limitée, fabriqué à partir de fils teints à la main et recyclés provenant du studio de La Bien Aimée à Paris. Il est filé et teint exclusivement pour nous et très doux, assez pour être porté à même la peau.

Nightfall est un bleu foncé et profond, inspiré de notre magnifique coloris Winterfell. Nous avons ajouté à la fibre teinte un magnifique mélange de fils La Bien Aimée composés de tons neutres et de néons brillants. Vous trouverez des touches de rose, de violet, de bleu, de jaune, d'orange rouille et de gris clair. Basé sur notre coloris populaire du même nom, The Shire, ce magnifique vert avec des bouts de fils confettis aux tonalités de joyaux est vraiment magnifique !
La Bien Aimée Confetti est un fil de poids DK qui offre 230m / 250 yds pour 100g. Il peut facilement se substituer à un poids Worsted, car il est plein de jolis bouts de fil qui lui donnent un aspect légèrement épais et fin. La taille d'aiguille moyenne recommandée pour tricoter Confetti est de 4,5 mm (US7).
