Nougat is a joyful exploration of texture, color, and technique—born from my love of intarsia and marling. This design is all about playing with fluffy mohair and watching colors softly interact across the fabric.

Knit by holding one strand of fingering-weight yarn together with one strand of airy mohair throughout, Nougat creates a light, cozy fabric with beautiful depth. The gingham motif is formed using a simple and approachable form of intarsia: instead of switching both strands, you change only the mohair color.
