Nougat Yarn Bundle

Yarn bundles for Nougat by Aimée Gille

Our Nougat yarn bundles have been thoughtfully put together to knit Aimée Gille’s newest design, Nougat—a soft, playful exploration of intarsia and marling with fluffy mohair.

Each bundle includes one skein of La Bien Aimée Twist Nouveau and four 25g mini skeins of Soyeux, our airy Mohair Silk yarn. Held together throughout the project, this pairing creates a fabric that is light, cozy, and full of depth, with Soyeux adding a beautiful halo to the finished piece.

Twist Nouveau is a fingering-weight yarn spun from 100% non-superwash Merino, soft and natural, and known for taking color beautifully. Soyeux, made from Mohair and Silk, brings softness, warmth, and a deliciously fluffy texture—perfect for playing with color changes in the checkerboard motif.

These bundles are inspired by Aimée’s original version of Nougat, and we’re also offering two special palettes created by her friends from Japan, Mari and Aldo, each with their own distinct color sensibility. Aldo’s version leans into soft pinks for a refined and harmonious look, while Mari’s palette is deeper and moodier, built around Bois de Rose and darker mohair shades. And because neons are always a good idea, we couldn’t resist adding a bold Neon version for knitters who love to make a statement.
