Yarn kits for the Patchwork shawl by Aimée Gille
Patchwork is a new design by Aimée Gille—an intarsia shawl full of memory, color, and joy. Inspired by the original Patchwork bandana, this larger version turns your favorite yarn bits into a bold and wearable statement. The design echoes the spirit of a family patchwork blanket, where every piece tells a story.
We have created exclusive La Bien Aimée yarn bundles to match Aimée’s original sample: a mix of vibrant Wensley Worsted mini-skeins paired with Corrie Worsted in French Grey as the main color. This DK-weight combination creates a warm, graphic shawl full of texture and personality.
The Original contains exactly the yarn used in the original sample charted in the pattern. While Julia and Confetti contain enough yarn to complete the Patchwork pattern, the color placement is not charted. The layout is up to you, and you can use each contrast color for up to 20 squares.

These bundles are carefully wound by hand, and are available in very limited quantities. If they are sold out, please enter your email to join the waitlist and be notified as soon as they’re ready.
The kit price reflects both the cost of dyeing, and the time and care involved in winding and assembling each set by hand.
