We are looking for a full-time dye floor assistant. Speaking French is not mandatory for this position. However, if you are not from the EU, a work visa is compulsory.

Profile

This position requires the lifting of moderate weights (good general physical condition recommended).

• Meticulous, you are attentive to detail and can execute established processes to the letter.
• Calm, organized and self-motivated. You have a good concentration capacity and good communication skills, and you are also capable of following clear instructions without deviation.

Your tasks

• Cleaning of dyeing equipment (cleaning kettles, beakers, etc.))
• Preparation of dyeing equipment (filling kettles)
• Organization of wool to be dyed each day (sorting, soaking)
• Cleaning of dyeing areas (benches, floor)Spinning and sorting wool
• Preparation of wool for drying
• Daily organization of dyeing stations (distribution of colors in kettles, order of dyeing)
• Preparation of pigments
• As an assistant in the dyeing studio, you will assist the dyers.

Contract: Permanent Full-time

Salary: 14,5€ Gross per hour

ASSISTANT ATELIER TEINTURE

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

Nous recherchons un(e) assistant(e) pour notre Atelier Teinture à temps plein.

Vos qualités:

Ce poste inclut de porter des charges moyennes (bonne condition physique recommandée).

• Méticuleux(se), vous êtes attentif/ive aux détails et vous pouvez exécuter à la lettre les process établis. Aucune expérience préalable en teinture n'est nécessaire.
• Calme, organisé(e), proactif(ve). Vous avez une bonne capacité de concentration et de communication, et vous êtes capable de suivre soigneusement des instructions 
  

Vos Missions:

• Nettoyage du matériel de teinture (nettoyage marmites, béchers…)
• Préparation du matériel de teinture (remplissage marmites)
• Organisation de la laine à teindre chaque jour (tri, trempage)
• Nettoyage des espaces de teinture (bancs, sol)
• Essorage et tri de la laine
• Préparation de laine au séchage
• Organisation quotidienne des postes de teinture (répartition des couleurs dans les marmites, ordre de teinture)
• Préparation des pigments
• En tant qu'assistant(e) au studio de teinture, vous assisterez les teinturiers.

Contrat: CDI temps plein

We are looking for a full-time sales assistant to help with the day-to-day operations of our online store. 

Your Profile:

• Bilingual French-English (minimum B2)
• Knowledge of and/or interest in knitting 
• Open-minded and flexible, you adapt easily to last-minute changes and adjust the organization of your days according to workload and priorities.   
• Meticulous, you are attentive to detail and can execute established processes to the letter.
• Sensitive to color, you are able to memorize the entire La Bien Aimée catalog and guarantee our quality standards. 
• An excellent communicator, you are keen to maintain a positive working environment. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• You are at ease with IT tools and have the ability to master the use of new software. 

Online store:

• Check-in, inventory and maintenance of products for sale.
• Preparation, packaging and dispatch of orders.
• Preparation of new product releases: photography, drafting of product sheets in English and French.
• Customer service: customer support and product advice by e-mail.
• You will work closely with your manager and other team members.

Votre profil: 

• Bilingue Français-Anglais (minimum B2)
• Vous avez des connaissances et/ou un intérêt pour le tricot 
• Ouvert d'esprit et flexible, vous vous adaptez facilement aux changements de dernière-minute et vous adaptez l'organisation de vos journées en fonction de la charge de travail et des priorités   
• Méticuleux/se, vous êtes attentif/ive aux détails et vous pouvez exécuter à la lettre les process établis.
• Sensibilité pour les couleurs, vous êtes capable de mémoriser l'ensemble du catalogue La Bien Aimée et d'être garant/e de nos standards qualité. 
• Excellent/e communicant/e, il vous tient à cœur de maintenir un environnement de travail positif. 
• Aisance relationnelle à l’oral et à l’écrit 
• Vous êtes à l'aise avec l'outil informatique et avez des facilités à vous approprier l'utilisation de nouveaux logiciels. 

Boutique en ligne : 

• Pointage, inventaire et maintenance des produits à la vente.
• Préparation, emballage et expédition des commandes.
• Préparation des sorties de nouveaux produits: photo, rédaction de fiches produits en anglais et en français.
• Service client: assistance à la clientèle et conseils sur les produits par courrier électronique
• Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec votre manager et avec les autres membres de l’équipe.
