Join artist Aitor Saraiba for a gentle and immersive Snippet Roll workshop, exploring the quiet beauty of hand stitching as a slow and mindful practice. Through simple, intuitive stitches, sewing becomes a way to pause, focus, and express yourself—one stitch at a time.

Each participant will work with a one-of-a-kind Snippet Roll kit, thoughtfully assembled by Aitor from materials selected in his studio. These fabrics, threads, and small details are chosen to spark curiosity and encourage experimentation in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. This workshop is not about perfection, but about enjoying the rhythm of stitching, trusting your hands, and letting creativity unfold naturally.

During the class, Aitor will create a freehand illustration directly on each participant’s snippet roll, which you can then embroider over. You’ll leave the workshop with a unique, personalized textile artwork combining Aitor’s drawing and your own stitching.


Each kit includes:
  • A snippet roll on a vintage-style wooden clip with hand-spun and hand-woven cotton and silk
  • A selection of vintage fabrics and hand block–printed textiles
  • A printed sheet with illustrations by Aitor Saraiba for inspiration
  • Yarn
Please bring:

Everything you need will be provided in the kit. If you have special yarns, fabrics, charms, or small treasures you’d like to incorporate, feel free to bring them along.

The class will be taught in English, with French translation provided.
There is no homework required—just come ready to stitch, explore, and enjoy the process.

Location: Paris 13th arrondissement.

Cancellation policy
You can cancel by writing to sales (sales@labienaimee.com), and receive a full refund until April 24, 4pm Paris time.
If you cancel after this date, you will not receive a refund. No-shows will not receive a refund.

Rejoignez l’artiste Aitor Saraiba pour un atelier immersif autour du Snippet Roll, explorant la beauté simple de la broderie à la main comme pratique lente et méditative. À travers des points simples et intuitifs, la couture devient une manière de ralentir, de se concentrer et de s’exprimer — un point après l’autre.

Chaque participant travaillera avec un kit Snippet Roll unique, soigneusement assemblé par Aitor à partir de matériaux sélectionnés dans son atelier. Ces tissus, fils et petits détails sont choisis pour éveiller la curiosité et encourager l’expérimentation dans une atmosphère calme et bienveillante. Cet atelier n’est pas une quête de perfection, mais une invitation à apprécier le rythme de la broderie et à laisser la créativité se déployer naturellement.

Pendant l’atelier, Aitor réalisera une illustration à main levée sur le snippet roll de chaque participant, que vous pourrez ensuite broder par-dessus. Vous repartirez ainsi avec une œuvre textile personnalisée, mêlant le dessin d’Aitor et votre propre broderie.

Chaque kit comprend:

  • Un snippet roll fixé sur une pince en bois de style vintage, avec des tissus en coton et soie filés et tissés à la main
  • Une sélection de tissus vintage et de tissus imprimés à la main au bloc
  • Une feuille imprimée avec des illustrations d’Aitor Saraiba pour vous inspirer
  • Du fil

Veuillez apporter :
Tout le matériel nécessaire est fourni dans le kit. Si vous avez des fils, tissus, breloques ou petits objets que vous aimeriez intégrer à votre création, n’hésitez pas à les apporter.


Le cours sera donné en anglais, avec traduction en français.
Aucun travail préparatoire n’est requis — venez simplement prêt·e à broder et à profiter du moment.
